This cheerful studio is accessible with limitations and is a 642sf open space with tall ceilings and blackout curtains. Located in town close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the best part of the beach (see photos for specifics on location). The Studio at "Bird in Paradise" is the first floor of a 2-story, 2-unit home; guests can book just one level or both levels of this home. Pelican Roost Townhomes has a community pool , the home has a hot tub which is shared with the home's 2 units. One king (memory foam) and one queen (plush pillowtop) plus a sleeper sofa. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, convection oven, electric skillet your kitchen basics. One parking spot in driveway. Note: you will hear activity and noise from the unit above; we supply individually wrapped earplugs upon request. Exterior security cameras onsite. We accept well behaved dogs only; the nonrefundable pet fee is $60 for one and $90 for two. Maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the yard; as our upstairs guests have access to the yard to use the hot tub. The home (2nd floor) and studio (1st floor) are completely separate with private entries. Rooms include a primary suite with blackout curtains, a romantic 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top king mattress, 54" TV, walk-in shower with bench. and blackout curtains. Other bedrooms are a queen and a bunk room (twin over full). Rollaway bed, pack 'n play and high chair onsite. The community pool is shared by just 10 homes and has family-friendly feature; a full-length bench, an a full-width entry and an 8' sun deck (a very shallow end for sunbathing or for kids to play). The pool also has also an outdoor shower and restroom. Parking for 3 vehicles and/or a boat. Your family will love the "open concept" great room with 75" smart TV for meals, game and movie nights. The furniture is plush and inviting and includes an oversized easy chair with an ottoman and a Pottery Barn sectional which is NOT a sleeper but is very comfortable. Our kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and utensils. We have plentiful counter space and a beverage fridge. All bedrooms have louvered shutters, the king suite also has blackout curtains. R Outdoor spaces include a balcony with party lights, 2 hammocks, a sectional sofa and a propane fueled fire table, the ground level has a small yard with seating and the 5-person hot tub. The king primary suite has a romantic 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower w bench, dual sink vanity and blackout curtains. Other bedrooms upstairs are a queen and a bunk room. plus another full bath with tub/showe. A rollaway bed, high chair and pack'n-play also onsite. The 1st floor studio is an open space with a king and queen bed, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, plus a dining table/chairs and another restroom with shower. The 2 units are completely separate with private entries.
