The home has breathtaking panoramic views. Rental includes the use of premium beach chairs, pool floats and toys. Garage access with remote and access to community hot tub, pool & kitchen. The residential elevator serves all floors including the roof or you can use the stairs.
We have furnished & stocked the home with your comfort and convenience in mind. We have plush memory foam mattresses, all-cotton bedding and high-quality, generously sized bath towels. The two king bedrooms have blackout window coverings. The Queen over Queen bunk room has interior louvered shutters.
Garage access included one garage spot and there are two parking spots in the driveway. The HOA prohibits boat or trailer parking, but Island Moorings has trailer parking if you launch there.
Boat slip is available for $30/night or you can keep your vessel at Island Moorings which is just next to us. If you are hiring a guide, have your captain pick you up right behind the home at the fuel station. You can pickup ice, at the ship store. The spa is balanced and cleaned biweekly in the high season (mid May to Labor Day weekend) usually on Tuesday and Friday, then it's serviced weekly in the off season, usually on Friday. By booking this home, you acknowledge that you will allow her to access the roof.
All bedrooms have TV with Roku, the king rooms have cable boxes or you can stream on Roku (spectrum app or sign into your own apps).
Max occupancy of 10 is established by the City of Port Aransas and is enforced. We observe the city noise ordinance. The home and our guests are protected by exterior security cameras. ST
