#101 is a 2 bed/2 bath 1160 sq.ft. ground floor end unit condo. The 22' wide living area is spacious and has a generously sized plush 6-person sectional sofa and a recliner with ottoman. There are wall to wall curtains for privacy and light control.
The condo has 3 TVs including a 75" smart TV in the living area. Technology includes 500 mbps Wifi with ethernet port, Spectrum Select cable and Rokus.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, stainless and nonstick cookware, a slow cooker, Corelle dinnerware and an electric skillet.
The condo has a dunes view (as shown in photos). The pool area has a higher elevation sundeck, you can go there to watch the waves, or, better yet, head to the sand!
Both bedrooms have plush memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains. The king primary BR has a 54" TV, the 2nd BR is a queen with a 36" TV.
The primary BR is more private (it's down a long hall from living areas and 2nd bedroom) and has a large tub/shower which is open to the bedroom - we have added curtains for more privacy. The jacuzzi function in this bathroom is not functional. The commode and vanity are on the other side of the TV (they are not in a separate room)

Being an end unit; it is not necessary to enter the lobby to get inside. You'll also appreciate that it's more private (people don't walk past your patio). To get to the door, you can use the 8-step stairwell or you can use the wooden ramp. *The heated pool is heated seasonally and at the descretion of the property manager. If the weather is inclimate, the pool will not be heated. We offer weekly, and off season monthly discounts. Note: If you choose to use the sofa for sleeping, please pack bedding, as we don't provide it. STR 302590
