The king primary suite has a romantic 4-poster bed with plush pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, walk-in shower w bench, dual sink vanity and blackout curtains. Other bedrooms upstairs are a queen and a bunk room. plus another full bath with tub/showe. A rollaway bed, high chair and pack'n-play also onsite.
The 1st floor studio is an open space with a king and queen bed, a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, plus a dining table/chairs and another restroom with shower. The 2 units are completely separate with private entries.
Community pool and a hot tub that's private to the home.The pool has some family-friendly features: a full length bench, an 8’ sundeck and a full-width entry. Beach chairs and toys for guest use. Parking for 4 vehicles and/or a boat with a convenient garage remote. 4 TVs including a 75" in the living room, 500 mbps Wifi and Spectrum cable.
Your family will love the "open concept" great room for meals, game and movie nights. Outdoor spaces include a balcony with sectional sofa, propane fire table, party lights + 2 swing hammocks plus the yard has a 5-person hot tub and more seating. Propane grill is onsite; however, housekeeping does not do grill cleaning. We ask the guests to clean it. We are not responsible for this being missed, but we gladly provide grill brush and spray. If the propane tank runs out, you can swap it at Dollar General, we will gladly reimburse you for the expense.
