#101 is a 2 bed / 2 bath 1160 sq.ft. ground floor end unit at the Mayan Princess condos just a few miles South of Port Aransas. King primary bedroom plus queen room, we also have a twin rollaway.
Amenities include: sand volleyball, horseshoes, table tennis, 3 pools including one that is heated* and community hot tub. *The heated pool is heated at the discretion of the building manager.
*4 backpack style beach chairs provided.
Furnished with a large, plush 6-person sectional sofa and a recliner with ottoman. Bedrooms have plush, memory foam mattresses with blackout curtains.
Bedrooms have TVs and the LR has a 75" HD smart TV with Spectrum Select cable with 500 mbps Wifi.
The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, stainless and nonstick cookware, a slow cooker, Corelle dinnerware and an electric skillet for those big family breakfasts.
The primary BR is more private (it's down a long hall from the 2nd bedroom) and has a large tub/shower which is open to the bedroom - we have added curtains for more privacy. The commode and vanity are on the other side of the TV (they are not in a separate room). The original jacuzzi tub does work.
Mayan's pools are generously sized, for example, the Kiddie pool is 50'x25' and it is the smaller of the 3.
Being a ground floor end unit; it is not necessary to enter the lobby to get to condo but you will need to sign in upon arrival. Many guests appreciate that #101 is more private (people don't walk past your patio).
*The heated pool is heated seasonally at the discretion of the property manager. If the weather is inclimate, the pool will likely not be heated.This condo is offered on a weekly or monthly special in the off season. the beach chairs are the owners chairs which we share as a courtesy, if they go missing there will not be a room credit.
