The Cottages of Pirates Bay is one of PA's most popular, family-friendly communities with 2 lagoon entry pools and a playground. Your will love the Key West vibe with brightly colored cottages, landscaping. The pools have plentiful Tiki-style umbrella tables and loungers. The LUV Shack

LUV Shack (#118) is especially popular due to its pool-front location. Amenities include plush mattresses, inviting furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. This spacious 2-story townhome has two equal sized king bedrooms and a bunk loftm(a nonconforming bedroom). There are 2 equal sized bathrooms (one with a deep bath and one with a shower both have handspray showers)

This home sleeps 8 in beds and is accessible with limitations: one bedroom and bath (with tub) is on the first floor and there are no steps from parking to the door. There are also no steps on the grounds.

The living area has an oversized down-filled sofa and two leather recliners. Technology includes 500 mbpm wifi and Spectrum cable. The living room has a 69" TV with Roku allowing you to watch 3 ways: 1) cable box 2) Spectrum app 3) log into your subscriptions on Roku). There are 3 add'l TVs and the 1st floor bedroom also has Roku. (feel free to bring gaming devides but we ask you to leave the TV cables set up correctly for the next guests)

For coffee, we have a bean grinding machine as well as a Kuerig. You will have access to the XL capacity washer and dryer. We provide a starter amount of detergent, paper goods and coffee. There is a Dollar General 1/2 mile from the home. Bedrooms have blackout shades that pull down behind the shutters. There is a gas grill at the pool in front of this unit and a stone BBQ pit at the other. There is usually propane in the tank at the pool but if you need to swap it out, we will reimburse you.

We are 6 blocks from the beach; you can drive onto the beach. You can rent a golf cart at your own risk as we are not on the golf car route. Most of the pool photos are older and we now have plentiful pool seating including loungers. 24 HR Exterior surveillance onsite. Max occupancy 8. Quiet hours 10pm-9am, city noise ordinance starts at midnight. STR 006448
